The word “Health” means different things to different people. For some people, “being in good health” means that someone is physically fit and feeling good. At IndiGrowth, when we use the word “health,” we are referring to our overall physiological condition and when we speak about Health and Wellness we are refering to mind, body, and spirit that “being healthy” entails.
In our Health section, you’ll find information on holistic health and fitness regimes, including:
- Improving your personal physical health using conscious stretching to improve your body’s ability to heal from injuries, both current and previous.
- Training your body and mastering the mind-body connection through the practice of mindful physical training.
- Learning about and introducing healthier nutritional balance into your daily life, and becoming aware of the benefits that healthy eating and proper hydration play in your general health and positive life experiences.
In our Health pages, you’ll also find a section on Nutrition. We’ll soon be adding lots of valuable information to help you improve your daily diet—we’ll feature recipes and food preparation techniques to help you to broaden your knowledge of healthful eating and to create delicious, nutritious meals for your whole family.
